Member referrals

Customers open “My Referrals” in their account to generate a referral code, copy their referral link, and see who they referred.

New customers arrive on the join page through a referral link. After they sign in, the app records the referrer in their tags and metafields. An existing referrer is never overwritten.

Referral data lives on Shopify customer records. This embedded admin page is informational; everything else happens in customer accounts.
